Who we are

The Poppins Day Hub has been created due to overwhelming requests from parents, carers, individuals, and professionals who could not find suitable day opportunities for adults with learning disabilities in the area.

Jacqueline Smith, Director has over 30 years experience in the care industry and is the owner of Poppy Cottage Limited. In 2023 Jacqueline embarked on a new adventure in the form of a brand new Day Hub located in Denham, Buckinghamshire.   

Poppins specializes in providing structured day opportunities for adults with learning disabilities. 

Our very own dedicated team of Poppins Activity co-ordinators run our weekly sessions and are on hand for support. Please note that we do not provide personal care or administer medications. Service Users must attend with their own PA if personal care or extra support is needed.

We’re open from 10am - 4pm Monday - Fridays. Morning , afternoon and full day sessions run throughout the year.
